Position Overview:

As an Auto Detailing & Reconditioning Technician at CoaterZ, your primary responsibility will be to perform thorough cleaning, polishing, and reconditioning of vehicles to ensure they are presented in their best possible condition. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and appearance for both the interior and exterior of various vehicles, including cars and potentially marine vehicles. In addition to standard detailing tasks, the role may involve the application of advanced techniques such as Ceramic Coating and Paint Correction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Wash, wax, and buff vehicles to restore and maintain their appearance.
Safely operate all tools and equipment required for detailing tasks.
Clean the interior of vehicles, including vacuuming, dusting, and scrubbing interior windows.
Clean the exterior of vehicles, including washing and dressing tires and wheel wells.
Utilize special purpose cleaners and techniques to ensure a lasting cleanliness and shine of vehicles.
Adhere to company guidelines for proper detailing methods and procedures.
Handle and dispose of detailing chemicals in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Promote and uphold the company's brand image through exceptional detailing work.
Demonstrate attention to detail and care in all aspects of the job.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to learn and/or previous experience in applying Ceramic Coating and Paint Correction techniques.
Willingness to learn and/or previous experience in detailing marine vehicles (boats, yachts, etc.).
Hold a valid and good standing driver's license.
Flexibility and openness to full-time employment.
Possess excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dedication to delivering high-quality results.
Show exceptional customer service skills and maintain a positive attitude.
Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines during the detailing process.
