Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at CoaterZ. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our automotive accessories store, driving revenue growth, and leading a team of sales associates. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry, excellent sales skills, and strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales.

Team Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise a team of sales associates.
Set sales targets, and provide coaching and mentorship to improve performance.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team.

Customer Service:

Ensure exceptional customer service is provided by the sales team.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Foster a customer-centric culture and create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to ensure product availability.
Analyze sales data to determine product demand and adjust inventory accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and implement inventory control measures.

Customer Service:

Ensure exceptional customer service is provided by the sales team.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Foster a customer-centric culture and create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular sales reports, analyze data, and present insights to senior management.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to assess individual and team performance.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Valid driver's license.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry or retail sector.
Strong knowledge of automotive accessories, coatings, and aftermarket upgrades.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve sales targets.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
Proficient in using sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate meaningful insights.
