CoaterZ, a leading automotive service company specializing in window tinting, paint protection film, and vehicle wraps, is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Window Tint & Film Installer to join our team. If you have a passion for automotive enhancements and possess the necessary expertise, we invite you to apply for this full-time position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Precisely measure and cut window film according to vehicle specifications and customer preferences.
Clean and prepare windows for tint application, ensuring a smooth and flawless finish.
Expertly apply window film to vehicles, using proper techniques to avoid bubbles, creases, and imperfections.
Utilize heat guns and other tools to shape and mold the film for a perfect fit on curved windows and challenging areas.
Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and providing professional advice on window tint and film options.
Keep up-to-date with the latest window film technologies and techniques to offer the best solutions to customers.

Additional Requirements:

Being proficient in installing Paint Protection Film (PPF) and/or vehicle wraps is a plus.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies related to paint protection film and vehicle wraps.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record.
Able to work full-time, including weekends and occasional overtime as needed.
