CoaterZ Clear PPF Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage

CoaterZ (the "Company") provides this Limited Warranty for its CoaterZ Clear PPF ("the Product") to the original purchaser, guaranteeing the Product against defects such as yellowing, cracking, blistering, and delaminating for a period of ten (10) years from the date of initial installation. This warranty is valid only for Products that are professionally installed according to the Company's recommended practices.

Warranty Service

If the Product fails or does not perform as warranted solely due to a manufacturing defect within the ten-year Warranty Period, the Company, via its authorized installers, will at its discretion either remove or replace the defective Product at no additional charge. This warranty covers the costs of both parts and labor required for the removal and reapplication of the Product. The decision to repair or replace will be made by the Company, and this remedy of replacement or removal is exclusive to this Limited Warranty. The Warranty Period applies to the original Product and does not extend or renew upon repair or replacement.

Claim Process

To activate a warranty service, the client must present the original warranty card and proof of purchase, detailing the covered areas and a comprehensive description of the defect, to the CoaterZ location where the initial installation was performed. The warranty claim must include the client's contact information and a detailed description of the product and the defect.

Warranty Transfer

This Limited Warranty is transferable to a new owner if proof of the original installation date is provided to the original CoaterZ installation location. The warranty transfer maintains the remaining duration of the initial ten-year Warranty Period. Upon transfer the new owner must come in for inspection of the ppf.

Exclusions

The following are not covered by this Limited Warranty:

1. Non-compliance with the Company’s instructions for storage, installation, handling, use, and maintenance.

2. Improper storage, installation, handling, or use of the Product.

3. Damage not related to manufacturing defects occurring while in the customer's possession.

4. Use of the Product in a manner or for a purpose other than intended.

5. Installation despite visible manufacturing defects.

6. Stains, scratches, or other surface damages not due to manufacturing defects.

7. Damage caused by improper care, cleaning methods, or external forces like rocks or road debris.

8. Use of the Product in non-automotive applications or with non-CoaterZ branded coatings.

Limitations

This warranty outlines the sole warranty provided by CoaterZ for the Clear PPF, excluding all other warranties, express or implied. The responsibility of CoaterZ under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective Products as described herein. CoaterZ, as a brand or franchising entity, is not liable for warranty claims, which are managed by the individual CoaterZ locations that provided the original service.

CoaterZ shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages exceeding the original purchase price of the Product.
