CoaterZ Fashion PPF & CoaterZ Matte PPF Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage

CoaterZ hereby extends a Limited Warranty to the original purchaser of CoaterZ Fashion PPF and CoaterZ Matte PPF (the "Products") for a period of five (5) years from the date of initial installation. This warranty covers defects including yellowing, cracking, blistering, and delaminating of the Products, provided they are installed professionally as per CoaterZ's recommended practices.

Warranty Service

In the event of a defect solely attributed to manufacturing faults within the warranty period, CoaterZ, through its authorized installers, reserves the right to either remove or replace the defective Product at no additional cost. The chosen remedy of either removal or replacement will be at the discretion of CoaterZ, and will include the costs of both parts and labor. The warranty service, whether repair or replacement, will only apply to the specific areas originally installed and will not extend the original five-year Warranty Period or initiate a new warranty period.

Claim Process

To initiate a warranty service, the client must present the original warranty card and proof of purchase, detailing the covered areas and a comprehensive description of the defect, to the original CoaterZ installation location. The warranty claim must include the claimant's contact information and a detailed account of the product and the nature of the defect.

Warranty Transfer

This Limited Warranty is transferable to subsequent owners provided that the new owner presents proof of the original installation date to the original CoaterZ installation location. The warranty transfer will continue the coverage for the remaining duration of the initial five-year Warranty Period. Upon transfer the new owner must come in for inspection of the ppf.

Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from:

1. Non-compliance with CoaterZ's installation, maintenance, or care instructions.

2. Improper storage, installation, handling, or usage of the Products.

3. Damages not arising from manufacturing defects that occur while in the customer's possession.

4. Use of the Product in a manner or for a purpose other than intended.

5. Installation despite visible defects such as scratches or chips.

6. Stains, scratches, and damage caused by improper care or cleaning methods.

7. Damage from external factors including but not limited to collisions, environmental hazards, or unauthorized third-party actions.

8. Use of the Product in non-automotive applications or with non-CoaterZ branded coatings.

9. Damages from physical impacts such as rocks or road debris.

Limitations

CoaterZ's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective Products as outlined herein. This warranty is the sole warranty provided by CoaterZ for the Products, and no other warranties, express or implied, are provided. CoaterZ, as a brand or franchising entity, is not liable for warranty claims, which are the responsibility of the individual CoaterZ installation locations where the original service was provided.

Disclaimer

Under no circumstances shall CoaterZ be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from the use or inability to use the Products, exceeding the original purchase price of the Products.
